Message from the Director, Joseph Adler,
Welcome to Montgomery County! We in the Office of Human Resources are delighted that you have chosen to visit us. This office facilitates and coordinates the County wide human resource functions and creates a central source of human resources expertise for consistency and efficiency. Over the years, we have built exceptional programs focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining our most valuable asset - our employees.
To continue this practice, the Office of Human Resources developed a strategic plan and identified six critical areas that will guide us over the next three years.
