Montgomery County, Maryland (the “County”) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms for software and implementation services for an enterprise resource planning system to be provided in accordance with terms identified in the solicitation. The general scope for first stage of this project includes: financials, operations, human resources, and payroll modules.
