OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT - FORMS AND DOCUMENTS

Procurement Code¹ - The Procurement Code is a part of the Montgomery County Code, the legislation enacted by the County Council pursuant to its authority in the Charter and State law.
Procurement Regulation¹ - The Procurement Regulation is a part of the Montgomery County Code of Regulations (COMCOR), the regulations that implement portions of the County Code based on specific authority in the Code.

¹ Readers should note that in matters of law the Code ranks higher than the regulations, although both are enforceable.
Please note that when reviewing the Procurement Regulations, references to Sec. 11B-# refer to the Code -- the numbering in the regulations is slightly different.
