OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT - RSS FEEDS

current feeds...

The Office of Procurement publishes three RSS feeds. The first one lists all current solicitations as they are displayed on the Pending Solicitations page. The second one lists all bid tabulations posted over the last 3 months as is displayed on the Bid Tabulations page; note that bid numbers typically link to an actual tabulation worksheet. The last one lists the proposed awardees for solicitations previously posted as displayed on the Awardees page.

To add a feed to your aggregator client, right-click on the appropriate "XML RSS 2.0" icon below, select "Copy link location", and then paste the feed's URL into your client.

what are feeds and how to use them...

RSS, an acronym for Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication, is a simple format for publishing online content that can readily be accessed by individuals and/or other websites. Typically, an RSS feed is a concise presentation of some richer content. Because individuals must explicitly select a particular feed to get its content and by opposition to e-mail announcements, RSS distributes information is a non-intrusive manner.

To access and manage RSS feeds, you'll need a reader or aggregator such as AmphetaDesk or Pluck. .
