Mid County Community Recreation Center

To be constructed at Queensguard Rd, adjacent to the East Layhill Local Park.

Recently the Department of Recreation presented the final design development concepts for the Mid-County Community Recreation Center at a community meeting and at the Planning Board. The facilities are being built adjacent to Layhill Local Park on Queensguard Road near the intersection of Layhill and Bel-Pre roads. Current schedules anticipate construction to begin next winter and the Center to open by the fall of 2008.
