Downtown Wheaton, along with other public and private partners, sponsor a variety of community events to celebrate Wheaton’s businesses, community and diversity. 13th Annual Taste of Wheaton  
Enjoy $1 food samples, live music and children's rides and activities at the 13th Annual Taste of Wheaton on Sunday, May 18, from 11am-5pm.  The free event will take place in the Wheaton Triangle on the corner of Grandview Avenue and Reedie Drive in
                                  Downtown Wheaton.

From eggplant parmigiana and pupusas to California rolls and Dim Sum, The Taste of Wheaton, Downtown Wheaton's signature event, will hightlight the international flavors of some of Wheaton's best restaurants.  Click here for a list of participating restaurants.

Taste performances include Chopteeth, Joe Falero & DC Latin Jazz All Stars, Groove Killers and Lea.  Children's entertainment includes musical performances by Rocknoceros and the RTTs, The Wheaton Studio  of Dance as well as face painting, puppet shows, balloon artists and rides.  Denise Isaac from WZDC (Telemundo DC) and Tim Hall from D's Magic will serve as Mistress and Master of Ceremony for the event.
