The Youth Employment Services Initiative was developed by the Upcounty Regional Services Center (URSC) under the auspices of the Germantown Community Based Collaboration for Positive Youth Development (PYD). Many community based organizations and programs, including the Montgomery County Public Schools are active participants in this collaboration for youth.
