Hearing Examiner Reports for Special Exception Cases

The Board of Appeals is the official custodian of records pertaining to most Special Exceptions. Except in special exceptions with an “SE” case number, OZAH conducts the public hearing and issues a report and recommendation to the Board of Appeals, which makes the final decision.  In “SE” cases, OZAH conducts the public hearing and issues an Opinion granting or denying the special exception.
