Operating a Home-based Businesses in Montgomery County
You may operate a home-based business in Montgomery County if your business is:
- conducted entirely within the house
- does not change the residential character of the neighborhood such as by creating noise, odors, or vibrations at the property line.
If you have commercial vehicles, you must comply with the standards of your zone.
