MPDU ANNOUNCEMENTS:

(October 23, 2009): The Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) has announced that they have a unit for sale at 23132 Robin Song Drive, Clarksburg, Maryland.  Sales price is $143,297.  This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, lower level piggy back townhouse condominium with patio.  HOA fee is $51.80 per month and condo fee is $214 per month (including water).  You must have a pre-approval letter from an HOC Lender.  Contact Sharon Marbley at 240-773-9197 to see this unit.

(April 7, 2009):  Leaman Farm has new MPDUs available for sale.  These units are 3 bedroom, two and one half bath end and interior unit piggyback townhouse condominiums.  The base price range is $130,548 - $142,042.  You do not need to participate in a random selection drawing to be eligible for these units, but must have a household size of 3 or more to be considered. (June 2, 2008): Renewal Applications information for MPDU purchase program participants is now available.  Renewal Applications can be printed online.
