Moderately Priced Housing
The Moderately Priced Housing Section is responsible for administering the sale, rental, and occupancy of MPDUs. MPDUs are constructed in compliance with Chapter 25A of the Montgomery County Code which requires that most new subdivisions contain a percentage of affordable housing units.
