Development Review

The Development Review Team works with County departments and agencies and the development Industry to review proposed developments for compliance.
  • Applications/Fees
    Montgomery County charges a fee to cover the costs of administration and plan/document review incurred during the development approval process.
  • Design
    During review of proposed development, MCDOT assesses whether infrastructure plans will meet the County’s policies, regulations and standards.
