This project is located on the Mouth of Monocacy Road over CSXT Railroad near Chesapeake & Ohio Canal National Historic Park in Dickerson, Maryland. The project will be repairing the existing timber deck and associated works with new timber deck, curb, railings and a timber wearing surface. This will also include the replacement of existing traffic barrier railing approaches.
Mouth of Monocacy Road over CSXT Railroad Bridge M-0135 project will commence construction in early Winter of 2024. The project is slated to take 120 days, the project will be substantially completed in the Spring of 2024, pending upcoming winter weather. The Mouth of Monocacy Road Bridge over CSXT (M-0135) bridge deck replacement project is complete as of March 2024.
