Ride On’s 40th Anniversary “We Love Our Riders…We Love Our Operators” Video
Ride On would not be celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year if it weren’t for our loyal customers and dedicated staff!
Be a part of the celebration by sending us a 10-second video of you talking about your favorite Ride On experience or bus operator. Selected videos will earn a spot in our special 40th Anniversary “We Love Our Riders…We Love Our Operators” video.
Email your clip to email@example.com by May 3.
The video will air on Ride On’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube sites.
Fine print: The participant must be 18 years or older. All submitted videos become the property of Montgomery County Ride On, at which point they can be edited and/or used for future marketing materials. All videos submitted must be free of any inappropriate language and images, sexual content or illegal activity. A signed release will be required if your clip is selected for the video.
See Something Say Something
You’ll Be Seeing Some Ride On Buses That Look Like This
These buses are regular Ride On buses, but have been wrapped to include messages that are part of the “See Something, Say Something” transit security campaign. Three (3) buses will operate on various Ride On routes around Montgomery County. Ride On has joined forces with other transit agencies to bring you information on reporting suspicious behavior around transit stations or vehicles. Funding for the wraps comes from a regional grant from the US Department of Homeland Security. So riders, “keep your good eye open” when you are waiting for your bus by checking the destination sign for your usual route number and destination, even though the bus may not look like your regular Ride On bus. Regular fares apply. We are now accepting full wrap advertising.
