The Division of Parking Management within the Department of Transportation is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the County's Parking Lot Districts and On-Street parking meters. Montgomery County has four Parking Lot Districts located in the Bethesda CBD, Montgomery Hills, Silver Spring CBD, and Wheaton CBD. Additionally, the County operates on-street parking meters in certain Transportation Management Districts (TMDs)such as the North Bethesda TMD.
