Bill 30-04, Homestead Property Tax Credit � 2005 Tax Year

This bill sets the County homestead property tax credit percentage at 110% for the taxable year beginning July 1, 2005. Effective: January 28, 2005.

Expedited Bill 33-04, Homeland Security Reorganization

This expedited bill creates the Department of Homeland Security within the Executive Branch; establishes certain functions for the Department of Homeland Security; and generally amends County law regarding emergency management and homeland security. Effective: January 1, 2005.
