MCER NO. 22-06:  PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION - MCPR Amendment on Temporary Transfers between Public Agencies

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation amends MCPR Section 26-2 to allow the Chief Administrative Officer to approve a voluntary temporary transfer of an employee between the County government and a public agency that is not County-funded for longer than 12 months if the CAO determines that it is in the best interest of the County.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-00AMII in part.

MCER NO. 25-06:  PROPOSED OFFICE OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REGULATION - Financial Disclosure

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation designates those public employees that the County Executive requires to file a public, limited public, or confidential financial disclosure statement.  This amendment constitutes the annual revision of this regulation, and establishes a process for identifying specific employees who must file a financial disclosure statement.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 23-05.

MCER NO. 26-06:  PROPOSED OFFICE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATION - Internet Access Service Standards

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation sets forth customer service standards that must be met by a merchant that provides internet access service to consumers in the County using any facility that the merchant controls and that is located in the County's public rights-of-way.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 26-03AMII.
