MCER NO. 4-10: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION System Benefit Charges - Residential Waste Estimates SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid wasted generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings. The adopted regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 6-09. ACTION: Executive Regulation 4-10 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective July 1, 2010. Email: Anthony.skinner@montgomerycountymd.gov MCER NO. 18-09AM: ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION Additional Stories on Sloping Lots SUMMARY: This regulation adopts a method by which the Department of Permitting Service calculates when a lot slopes sufficiently to merit additional stories on the down side of the sloping lot. ACTION: Executive Regulation 18-09 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 process, effective June 15, 2010.
