Group Residential Care Facilities
SUMMARY: This proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 59-91 in order to comply with Federal Law and County Bill 40-11 which removed the County licensure requirement for group homes for developmentally disabled adults.

Adoption of the 2011 National Electrical Code
SUMMARY: This proposed regulation would adopt the 2011 National Electrical Code from the 2008 National Electrical Code. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 15-09.
