MCER NO. 8-13:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION REGULATION
Disruptive Behavior – Recreation Programs

SUMMARY:   The proposed regulation amends Executive Regulation 25-05 which authorizes the Department of Recreation to restrict the participation of disruptive persons in County-sponsored recreational programs.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 25-05

MCER NO. 13-13:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                                  Automatic Enhancement Fee

SUMMARYThe proposed regulation amends the fee schedule to reduce the automation enhancement fee collected for the cost of automation and technology systems and services that support administrative and enforcement activities within the development process for which the department is responsible.  This regulation reduces the automation enhancement fee from 10% of the regular permit or license fee to 5% of the regular fee.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 5-98.

MCER NO. 14-13: PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                                 Schedule of Fees for Permits, Licenses and Certifications – Method 2

SUMMARY: The proposed regulation updates the reference to Executive Regulation 5-98, in section X. Miscellaneous B, to Executive Regulation 13-13 which changes the Automation Enhancement Fee from 10% to 5%.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 11-12.

SUMMARY:   The proposed regulation updates the reference to Executive Regulation 5-98, in sections I.A.8, II.A.8., VI.A.8. to Executive Regulation 13-13 which changes the Automation Enhancement fee from 10% to 5%.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 6-11.
