MCER NO. 2-17:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
Establishing Inspection Fees
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation 2-17 sets forth a schedule of fees, and guidelines for assessing those fees, for certain inspections conducted as part of a triennial inspection or an annual inspection of rental housing required under Sections 29-22(a) and 29-22(b) of the Montgomery County Code, and inspections of rental housing conducted as part of a corrective action plan under Section 29-22(c) of the Code.

MCER NO. 3-17:  PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
Systems Benefit Charges - Residential Waste Estimates
SUMMARY: Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 48-8A(b)(2)(A), provides that the County Executive must, each year, establish by Method 2 executive regulation an estimate of the amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit.  This regulation updates the per-household waste generation estimates used to calculate residential Systems Benefit Charges.  The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 2-16.
