Day Care Requirements:

Family Day Care (FDC)- 1-8 children, maximum of 4 under the age of two.

Letter to all FDC Providers

Group Day Care (GDC)- 9-12 children, maximum of 4 under the age of two.

Before an inspection can be done by the Fire Marshal for a new facility, a Use and Occupancy certificate must be obtained from the Department of Permitting Services (DPS) You can visit their site by clicking here: Department of Permitting Services

Child Care Center (CCC)- More than 12 children.

Adult Day Care
