MEDICATIONS

Document all of the medications you have administered to your patient.
If your certification level is EMT-B and you assist with medications, you should mark the "Assist Meds" response that corresponds to your provider number in addition to the medication you have assisted in giving.

Providers administering medications should have the responses corresponding to their Provider ID numbers (1, 2, or 3 from Section 1) marked for each medication they administer.
