	GIS Database Management The Department of Technology Services Geographic Information Systems (DTS-GIS) provides GIS database management services for Montgomery County Executive Branch departments. Base map planimetric and property datasets (1:2400), generated by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) are input into and maintained in an Oracle database. Street centerline data and address ranges created DTS-GIS staff are currently maintained as ArcInfo Coverages and shape files on the County's enterprise GIS web server.
