The Health and Human Services East County Regional Office is a satellite social service office serving East Montgomery County in zip codes 20903, 20904, 20905, 20866 and 20868. Services vary by day and time so customers are advised to call ahead.

Health and Human Services Offices:

• Resource Information Center.  Assistance with locating appropriate health and human services in Montgomery County.  Applications are available for child care subsidy program and rental assistance.
• Emergency Services.  Emergency financial assistance to families and adults in need of assistance with utility bill cut-offs, evictions, foreclosures, and burial assistance.  Call for an appointment.
• Immunization Clinic. Children's vaccinations available the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.  Call for an appointment. 
• The Peoples Community Wellness Clinic.  Primary Health Care Clinic for uninsured and underinsured adults, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.  Extended clinic hours on Wednesday and Thursday from  2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.  To schedule an appointment, call 301-847-1172 (1st Thursday night of each month Women's Clinic by appointment only.  2nd Thursday night of each month Men's Clinic, no appointment needed.)
