| Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The project provides HIV education and functions to bridge the gap between human service agencies and deaf clients with AIDS-related issues. Services are offered both on-site at the FSF office and off-site throughout Maryland. Services include free HIV testing, counseling, referrals, condom distribution, group presentations, and individual sessions. |

| Program provides HIV Seropositive Services, including: case management, a diagnostic evaluation unit, HIV outpatient clinic services, HIV dental care and nutritional and addictions counseling. On-going support groups are available for anyone who is HIV positive or has AIDS. Home health care services are offered as needed.
