Sexually Transmitted Disease and AIDS/HIV Program Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services 2000 Dennis Avenue Silver Spring, MD 20902 240-777-3999 (Clinic) 240-777-1869 (Client Services)  Program provides HIV Seropositive Services, including: case management, a diagnostic evaluation unit, HIV outpatient clinic services, HIV dental care and nutritional and addictions counseling. On-going support groups are available for anyone who is HIV positive or has AIDS. Home health care services are offered as needed.
