The HIV/AIDS Administration partners with health and community-based organizations to provide HIV/AIDS prevention and care services to District and Washington area eligible residents.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The project provides HIV education and functions to bridge the gap between human service agencies and deaf clients with AIDS-related issues. Services are offered both on-site at the FSF office and off-site throughout Maryland. Services include free HIV testing, counseling, referrals, condom distribution, group presentations, and individual sessions.

ATIS, sponsored by the Federal Government, provides current treatment information on HIV and AIDS as well as answering related questions. Referrals to national, state, and local organizations. All information free and confidential.

Funds services for persons with HIV disease or AIDS, operates Maryland's ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) and health insurance premium payment assistance programs, educate the public and health care professionals about HIV and AIDs, and monitor the disease in Maryland.

Program provides HIV Seropositive Services, including: case management, a diagnostic evaluation unit, HIV outpatient clinic services, HIV dental care and nutritional and addictions counseling. On-going support groups are available for anyone who is HIV positive or has AIDS. Home health care services are offered as needed. Education and outreach to at risk populations are also provided.
