Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The project provides HIV education and functions to bridge the gap between human service agencies and deaf clients with AIDS-related issues. Services are offered both on-site at the FSF office and off-site throughout Maryland. Services include free HIV testing, counseling, referrals, condom distribution, group presentations, and individual sessions.

Located on Gallaudet's campus. Serves deaf and hard of hearing students from birth through age 15, beginning with the Parent-Infant Program and ending in grade 8. Support services are available to all students including speech, audiological, counseling, social work, psychological, occupational and physical therapy, and medical and health services. Also offer an extensive after-school program.
