Adult Basic Education (ABE): basic skills in reading amd match. Pre-GED: for students who have stronger skills, but need more work in all of the content areas. GED: for students who are ready to focus on the academic areas covered by the official State test. ESOL: helps students learn English for life, work and community.

High education degree program for developmentally disabled students with an expanded curriculum of 52 separate courses. The program offers a 90-credit Associate in Essential Studies degree for high functioning individuals with learning, cognitive and intellectual disabilities.

Maryland Disability and Higher Education Network (MDDHEN) - Best Practice Guidelines
"Best Practices Guidelines" were prepared and printed by a group of disability support service providers from colleges and universities in the state of Maryland and the Metro Washington Area. The guidelines reflect the diverse backgrounds, settings and experiences of these professionals in their efforts to provide the best possible services to students with disabilities in a variety of postsecondary settings and are a resource or starting-point for disability support service providers.
