Provide assessment for personal care services and funding, and help with personal care to frail elderly and people with physical and/or mental disabilities who need assistance in caring for themselves. Home health aides help eligible individuals maintain an appropriate level of self-sufficiency. Call if you need the service or assessment to determine your qualifications for funding.

Administer the In-Home Aide Services (IHAS) program for people who do not receive third-party reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance). You must agree to pay any fee required on a sliding fee scale. In addition, emergency temporary back up coverage for personal care services is available for residents who use the Medical Assistance Personal Care Program.
