New Secretary Shinseki Announces Ability to Sign Up for Emergency Education Benefit Payments on VA Website Oct. 2nd. Vans to Help Veteran-Students

New education benefits include up to 100% tuition and fee coverage, a monthly housing stipend, and up to $1,000 a year for books and supplies.
