Volunteer Opportunities and Donations

Be a Volunteer!

APP Volunteers

  • Provide court companionship so that victims of domestic abuse facing civil or criminal court proceedings do not have to do so alone
  • Provide information and assistance to victims coming to courthouses seeking protection from domestic violence
  • Help women and children in shelter
  • Assist as a professional or layperson with counseling for victims or those who have been abusive

Donations

  • Funds donated to the Abused Persons Program are used directly for emergency needs of victims and their families.
  • Clothing for families fleeing abuse may be donated by calling
