Care For Kids


Goal

	All uninsured County children will have access to a medical home.

Target Population and Eligibility Criteria

	Children whose families are at 250% or below the federal poverty level who do not have health insurance and who are not eligible for MA/MCHIP.

Services Provided

	Access to comprehensive health care and health education for uninsured, economically disadvantaged children/families.
