  The Division of Highway Services is responsible for maintenance of the roadway infrastructure including resurfacing roads, shoulder maintenance, curb, gutter and sidewalk repair and replacement, roadway tree maintenance, and right-of-way care.

Programs managed and implemented by this Division include: Roadway and Related Maintenance, Roadway Reforestation, Snow Removal/Storms and Tree Maintenance. Additionally, in conjunction with other County agencies, we are involved in the installation of speed humps, Vacuum Leaf Collection, and Renew Montgomery.
