Overview: Language Access Policies in Montgomery County

According to the 2009 American Community Survey, 16% of the County's residents speak English less than "very well". To ensure equal access to government services by the population with limited English proficiency (LEP) ,  an executive order was signed into effect in 2010 to mandate language access policies throughout all departments.
