Having Trouble Renewing Your Items?

The following are a few steps to troubleshoot this issue:

  • What is the url of the catalog site you are using? If you have saved a bookmark to the old catalog, it is no longer supported. Please update your bookmark to our current catalog.
  • Are you trying to renew using the new catalog on an Apple device with iOS8 with the Safari browser? There are some known issues with these devices.
    • We recommend the following steps:
  • Try a different browser, like Google Chrome.
  • Download the SirsiDynix mobile app: BookMyne.
  • Continue using Safari with the following work-around: tap on Yes to renew the item and you should see a blue line to the left of the yes button. At this point tap in the empty area of the white box. Tap yes a 2 nd time, and the item should renew.
  • Update your device to iOS 9.0.1. Devices running this version of the operating system are not reporting issues with online renewals.
