Just Announced: The Final Public Meeting about the Library's Exterior Design will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2009, from 1-3 p.m. in the large meeting room of the Silver Spring Library, 8901 Colesville Road. The three exterior renderings below will be among those described in more detail. They were unveiled at the Silver Spring Library Bookfest on October 24 by County Executive Isiah Leggett.

Program of Requirements, revised May 2009. This document has been signed by the Director of the Department of Public Libraries and is currently being circulated through the Department of General Services and the Office of Management and Budget for final signature. The document will be considered a “draft” until the signature process is complete; no further revisions to the document are possible at this time.
