Technical Services digitally records all courtroom and hearing room proceedings. Technical Services stores all court proceedings on-site for a period of at least 12 years. Audio CD's, cassette tapes and transcripts of court proceedings can be purchased through this division. Transcripts are charged by the page and vary in price depending on the length of the proceeding and the turn around time requested. Technical Services offers six different turn-around times. Transcript Price List All transcript requests require a deposit to begin the work. For an estimate as well as the deposit amount, contact Technical Services at the above number. Please provide Technical Services with the following information when requesting a transcript: case name, case number, exact hearing and/or trial date(s), and the Judge's or Master's name. All transcripts from the Circuit Court are certified for litigation in Court. Audio CD's and cassette tapes may be purchased. Most orders can be processed within 2-3 working days. Technical Services is providing an electronic recording of a Circuit Court Proceeding for the limited purpose of verification of testimony. Any broadcast of such electronic recording is strictly prohibited by law and Administrative Order of this Court. TV's, VCR's, Overhead and LCD Projectors can be rented to litigants on a reservation-type basis. Therefore, it is necessary to inform Technical Services as soon as possible if you require this service. It is first come, first serve.
