The process for intake and case assignment is an essential part of the Divisions Public Safety Case Management Model. Intake is the initial point of contact for the offender from the court, and the staff gathers essential data, enters that information into the OBSCIS II System. All offenders placed under supervision of the Division of Parole and Probation, or when the court has ordered a Pre-Sentence Investigation, should report to this office immediately following their appearance before the sentencing Judge (if not incarcerated).
DDMP REPORTING STATION Offenders placed under supervision of the Division of Parole and Probations Drinking Driving Monitor Program (DDMP) report to the Probation Office to partially fulfill their reporting requirements. The station is open on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursay from 12 noon to 6:30 p.m.
