Public Hearing To Be Held On
Department of Liquor Control Budget

Montgomery County residents are invited to participate in an April 5 hearing on the County Executive's FY 2001 Recommended Operating Budget for the Department of Liquor Control (DLC).

The hearing, to be held at 7 p.m. in the first floor auditorium of the Stella Werner Council Office Building, 100 Maryland Avenue, Rockville, will provide an opportunity for public comment on the Executive's $20.9 million proposed budget for DLC. The department administers the distribution and sale of all alcoholic beverages in Montgomery County.

Individuals may testify at the hearing or provide written testimony. Written comments may also be mailed to Ron Berger, Office of the County Executive, 101 Monroe Street, Second Floor, Rockville, MD 20850.
