COUNTY SPONSORS ANNUAL
JUNIOR-SENIOR GOLF CLINIC

The public is invited to a May 6 Junior and Senior Golf Clinic to receive free golf instruction from PGA Professional William Wolfe, Jr. and his PGA associates. The clinic will be held from 7 to 9 a.m. at the White Oak Golf Course in Silver Spring, located at 10911 New Hampshire Avenue.

Golfers, ranging from age 5 to senior citizen, will work through six stations of golf instruction, including warm-up stretches, putting and chipping, and full swing driving stations. Children, ages 9 to 16, who are accompanied by an adult, will be eligible for a free round of golf after completing the stations.

Golfers may bring their own clubs or use loaner clubs provided at the clinic.

The Junior and Senior Golf Clinic is sponsored by the Montgomery County Department of Recreation, the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Suburban Hospital Regional Rehabilitation, the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and the Montgomery County SAFE KIDS Coalition.
