Women's Amateur Championship Golf Tournament
Scheduled for Poolesville Course

The 36-hole Montgomery County Women's Amateur Championship Golf Tournament will be held on July 29 and 30 at Poolesville Golf Course, 16601 West Willard Road. The winner will be determined by the lowest total gross score.

A Women's Net Championship will also be held, with the winner to be determined by using the 36-hole gross score minus the handicap as adjusted for slope and index.

The entry fee is $100, and golfers must possess a current USGA-approved handicap at any public or private golf course. Entries should be received by July 15.

The Amateur Championship Golf Tournaments are sponsored by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Montgomery County Golf, and the Montgomery County Department of Recreation.
