Ecuador's premier violinist
To appear at Gaithersburg Library

Jorge Saade-Scaff, violinist and Cultural and Press attaché at the Ecuadorian Embassy in Washington, DC, will perform an original musical presentation at the Gaithersburg Regional Library, 18330 Montgomery Village Ave., on October 2, at 7 p.m.

Saade-Scaff has appeared as a soloist with the Washington Symphony Orchestra, the Honduras National Symphony Orchestra, the Pan American Symphony Orchestra of Washington, DC, the Guayaquil Symphony Orchestra and the Ecuadorian Youth Symphony. He also has given recitals in London, Paris, Rome, and Bonn. El Heraldo Newspaper in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, called Saade-Scaff "…exceptional…one of the most extraordinary concerts ever performed in Tegucigalpa…[Jorge Saade] fascinated with his virtuoso and mature interpretation…."
