COUNTY SPONSORS HIV
SUPPPORT GROUPS

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services sponsors free support groups for residents affected by HIV.

The HIV/AIDS support group serves men and women who have tested positive for HIV or who have AIDS. The group meets Wednesday evenings in Silver Spring. Call Marjorie Moscatiello at 240-777-1775 for more information.

A support group for Hispanic men and women meets Tuesday afternoons in Silver Spring. Call Ana Schmitz at 240-777-1525 for more information.

The Concerned Others support group is for partners, family members, friends and caregivers of people with HIV/AIDS. The group meets Thursday evenings in Rockville. Call Marjorie Moscatiello at 240-777-1775 for more information.

Membership in the groups is kept confidential.
