Volunteers Sought To Work With Sexual Assault Victims

Montgomery County residents interested in assisting sexual assault victims and their families are needed to serve as volunteers with the County’s Victim Assistance and Sexual Assault Program.

Volunteers provide 24-hour crisis counseling and companion services in Montgomery County hospitals and police stations to victims of rape and sexual assault.

All volunteers must be interviewed prior to attending a mandatory training program which will be given in mid-April.
