County Archives
Changes Hours;
Closed on July 12, 13

Under the new hours established for the Montgomery County Archives, the facility will now be open Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. The Archives will be closed on July 12 and 13 and will re-open on July 19 at 9:30 a.m.

The Archives, which houses the historic, permanent records of Montgomery County government, is part of the County's Department of Public Libraries.

Although reference and research services are provided to walk-ins, customers requiring on-site reference or research services are encouraged to make an appointment. Callers to the Archives can leave messages on the Archives' answering machine. Calls will be returned on Thursdays and Fridays.
