Duncan Seeks Applicants For
Adult Public Guardianship
Review Board

County Executive Douglas M. Duncan is seeking applicants to fill two vacancies on the Adult Public Guardianship Review Board. One vacancy must be filled by a public health nurse, and one vacancy must be filled by a member of the public-at-large. The eleven-member board is responsible for reviewing each adult public guardianship at least twice a year.

Members serve three-year terms without compensation, and meet the third Tuesday of each month from 1 to 4 p.m.

Applicants should write by October 19 to County Executive Douglas M. Duncan at the Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe Street, Rockville, MD 20850. A brief resume, including home and work phone numbers should be enclosed. Please specify which position you are applying for. Members of County boards, committees and commissions may not serve on more than one such group at a time.

Duncan's appointments are subject to confirmation by the County Council. Applications of those selected for appointment are made public as part of the confirmation process.
