Offered by Montgomery County’s Office of Emergency Management, Fire and Rescue Services, the Family Disaster & Emergency Preparedness class will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Council Office Building, located at 100 Maryland Avenue in Rockville.
Topics will include what to do if you are without power or water, how to put together a family plan for community emergencies, how to manage your own utilities, where and when to call for help, and the best ways to get additional information about an emergency.
