Holiday Schedule for
Thanksgiving Day

Montgomery County government will observe the following holiday schedule for Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 22:

• County Offices -- closed

• Libraries -- closed

• County liquor stores – closed

• Community Use of Public Facilities Offices – closed on November 22 and 23

• Ride-On – Sunday schedule

• Metrobus – Sunday schedule

• Metrorail – Sunday schedule

• Parking at public garages, lots, curbside meters – free

• Refuse/recycling pick-up – no collection*

• Transfer Station – closed

• MCPS Administrative Offices and schools – closed November 22 and 23

• State offices & courts – closed
