Holiday Schedule for
Christmas and New Year's

Montgomery County government will observe the following holiday schedule for Christmas Day and New Year's Day:

County Offices -- closed

Libraries -- closed

County liquor stores - closed

Ride-On - Sunday schedule

Metrobus - Sunday schedule

Metrorail - Sunday schedule

Parking at public garages, lots, curbside meters - free

Refuse/recycling pick-up - no collection*

Transfer Station - closed

MCPS Administrative Offices and schools - closed

State offices & courts - closed

*collection provided one day later for remainder of week (last collection day is Saturday)
