Germantown Library
Hosts Literary Festival

In honor of the 50th anniversary of Montgomery County Public Libraries, the Germantown Library will showcase local authors at a two-part Literary Festival on March 31 and April 5.

Children's authors will be featured at the March event, starting at 1 p.m. Among the authors scheduled to appear are Carla Golembe, Margarette Reid and Lois Szymanski.

Adult authors will participate at the April event, which will begin at 7 p.m. Appearing will be Donna Andrews, Valerie Malmont, Marcia Talley and Elaine Raco Chase.

Both programs are free and open to adults and school age children.

The Germantown Library is located at 12900 Middlebrook Road, on the first level of the Upcounty Regional Services Center.
